Tylers broken arm

Last weekend I went with my mom and kids to go to Worland Wyoming for my nephew's baby blessing. That Sunday after church we were setting up to have a nice lunch when Tyler was standing on the arm rest of a love seat and fell over backwards and broke his arm. My dad, Candace and I took him to the emergency room in Worland. While we were there we learned they didn't have a orthopedic surgen so we had to drive 90 miles to Cody Wyoming were they could fix his arm. It was very hard to be so far away from home and Randy was in the Minneapolis airport feeling helpless. He was flying back to Boise from Florida where he had been for his grandma's 80th birthday celebration. They were able to set his arm while he was put out and everything went pretty well. He was so good and such a easy patient. It is hard for him now because he wants to play soceer, ride his bike and run around like 5 year old boys do.

What a brave little boy! I hope he remembers not to climb on furniture any more! The x-ray picture was amazing.....I learned something about anatomy!

Holy Cow! I knew how you described the break, but it's another thing to see it in the x-ray! What a brave boy! So glad you survived that--we sure were praying for you all!!!
